  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) red quinoa
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) buckwheat
  • 1 Knorr® Vegetable Bouillon Cube, halved, divided
  • 2 cups (500 mL) packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) diced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Maille® Old Style Mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cups (750 mL) thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) horseradish
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced in ribbons
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) toasted chopped walnuts

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions stirring in 1/2 cube Knorr® Vegetable Bouillon Cube. Cook buckwheat according to package directions stirring in remaining 1/2 cube. Combine quinoa and buckwheat in large bowl and set aside to cool.

  2. Stir in parsley, onion, Maille® Old Style Mustard and garlic. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.

  3. Combine cabbage, Hellmann's® Vegan and horseradish, then spoon over grain mixture. Top with cucumber and walnuts.
