  • 1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Creamy Garlic Raffaello Pasta Side Dish
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) red wine vinegar

  1. Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Creamy Garlic Raffaello Pasta Side Dish according to package directions. Transfer to large bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour or until cool.

  2. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh mint or parsley. Serve cold or at room temperature.
