  • 2 cups (500 mL) water
  • 1 cup (250 mL) regular rice or converted
  • 1 Knorr ® Chicken Bouillon Cube, crumbled
  • 2 cups (500 mL) assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, (broccoli florets, red bell pepper, zucchini and/or asparagus)

  1. Bring water, rice and Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cube to a boil over high heat in 2-quart (2-L.) saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring in vegetables during last 10 minutes of cooking.
