  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Knorr Selects ™ Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) light coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) grated fresh ginger
  • 16 wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes

  1. Sprinkle chicken strips evenly with Knorr Selects™ Chicken Bouillon, then thread chicken onto skewers. Whisk together light coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and ginger in medium bowl. Remove and set aside 1/2 cup (125mL) for dipping.

  2. Grill skewers over medium heat, brushing with remaining sauce and turning once, until thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes. Serve with reserved 1/2 cup (125mL) peanut sauce.
