  • 2 cartons (900 mL. ea.) Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 4 slices fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 -lb. (675 g) beef tenderloin, cut into thin rectangular slices *

  1. Bring Knorr® Simply Beef Broth to a boil in large saucepan over medium-high heat . Stir in remaining ingredients except beef. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove and transfer to fondue pot.

  2. Dip slices of beef into hot broth mixture and cook about 30 seconds or to desired doneness.
