  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
  • 4 canned artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 pouch Knorr® Sidekicks® Cheesy Spinach Dip Pasta Side Dish
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) lowfat milk

  1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, in batches, until thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. ADD artichoke hearts to same skillet and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. PREPARE Knorr® Sidekicks® Cheesy Spinach Dip Pasta Side Dish in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in chicken, artichoke hearts, tomato and garlic during last minute of cook time.

  4. REMOVE from heat; stir in basil and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese melts; now it's delicious. Dig in!
