PARA LA SALSA, en un recipiente pequeño combina 1 cucharada del jugo de limón verde con el chile habanero. Deja reposar por 30 minutos, mezclándolo de vez en cuando.

Mientras tanto, mezcla el vinagre, el aceite y el Knorr® Caldo con sabor de Res en una cacerola mediana sobre fuego medio hasta que el caldo de res se disuelva y la mezcla esté caliente; retira del fuego y agrega las cebollas.

Vierte la mezcla de la cebolla en un recipiente mediano y déjalo enfriar. Añade el chile y la mezcla del jugo de limón verde, los tomates y el cilantro. Pon a un lado.

PARA LOS TACOS, dora la carne con el caldo de res, el chile en polvo y la paprika en una sartén grande sobre fuego medio-alto.

Rellena los tacos uniformemente con la mezcla de la carne; sirve con la salsa, el queso fresco y si lo deseas, el aguacate picado.
