Sticky Chicken Wings
Wings are a favourite for both kids and adults. This recipe makes use of ginger ale and brown sugar for extra yumminess.

- KNORR chicken stock 16g
- Ginger ale 50ml
- 2 green chillies, chopped 10ml
- 2 cloves garlic 10ml
- Ground black pepper 5ml
- Tomato paste 65g 50ml
- Allspice 2,5ml
- Brown sugar 36g 30ml
- Chicken wings 800g
Cooking Methods

Mix all the ingredients except the chicken in a bowl

Add the chicken wings and ensure that they are all well coated. Allow to stand for 15 minutes

Place the chicken wings on a sheet of tin foil and fold to seal the edges

Bake in the oven at 18 degrees for 55 minutes or place on a rack over a hot fire, turning regularly

Serve with potato, yam, rice or salad
