Roasting is one of the best ways to bring out the flavour in chicken. Adding garlic and thyme increases this flavour.

- KNORR beef stock 24g
- Brown sugar 15ml
- 2 cloves garlic 10ml
- Fresh chopped thyme 5ml
- Chicken pieces 1kg
- Chilli flakes 5ml
- Black pepper ground 5ml
- Ground allspice 2,5ml
Cooking Methods

Place the crumbled KNORR beef stock, brown sugar, chilli flakes, chopped garlic and thyme, black pepper and allspice in a bowl and mix well

Place the chicken pieces on a large sheet of foil

Sprinkle well with the seasoning

Close the foil, sealing it with a twist

Bake at 180 degrees for 55 minutes
