Roast Hasselback Potatoes

This fancy potato dish is perfect for entertaining guests. It looks great and tastes awesome!

  • Margarine
  • Oil
  • KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
  • Paprika
  • Dried herbs
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Crushed chilli flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Roasting potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.

  2. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes, without cutting right through.

  3. Pat potatoes dry.

  4. Place cut side up on a roasting tray.

  5. Mix the margarine, oil, crumbled KNORR cubes, paprika, dried herbs, black pepper, crushed chilli flakes and garlic in a bowl.

  6. Brush the mix over the potatoes.

  7. Roast for 55 minutes, basting occasionally.

  8. Serve as a side.
