- Margarine
- Oil
- KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
- Paprika
- Dried herbs
- Coarse black pepper
- Crushed chilli flakes
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Roasting potatoes
Cooking Methods

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.

Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes, without cutting right through.

Pat potatoes dry.

Place cut side up on a roasting tray.

Mix the margarine, oil, crumbled KNORR cubes, paprika, dried herbs, black pepper, crushed chilli flakes and garlic in a bowl.

Brush the mix over the potatoes.

Roast for 55 minutes, basting occasionally.

Serve as a side.
