- 6 – 8 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
- Ground paprika
- Ground cumin
- Ground coriander
- Sugar
- Peri peri spice
- Chilli flakes
- Dried herbs
- KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
- Oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 eggs, boiled
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Mayonnaise
Cooking Methods

Boil the potatoes with the bouillon cube until done.

Boil the eggs, peel and cut into quarters.

In a pan, fry the onions until golden brown.

Add all the herbs and spices.

Leave to cool, then add the crumbled KNORR cubes, chopped parsley and mayonnaise.

Stir in the boiled eggs and chopped parsley.

Serve with BBQ or grilled meat.
