- 4 potatoes
- Bacon, finely chopped
- 1 ripe avo, peeled
- Mayonnaise
- Knorr chicken stock cube, crumbled
- Peri peri spice
- Herbs
- Paprika
- 1 clove, garlic, chopped
- Chopped spring onions
Cooking Methods

• Wash potatoes and boil until just done

• Mash the avo with the mayonnaise, add the crumbled KNORR cubes, peri peri spice, herbs, paprika and chopped garlic

• In a pan, fry the chopped bacon until crispy

• Add the chopped bacon and chopped spring onions

• Cut a cross in the top of each potato and squeeze the sides gently

• Spoon the avo and bacon mix onto each potato

• Serve as a starter, or side
