Ingredients
- Soft cooking potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
- Margarine or butter
- Peri peri spice
- 3 egg yolks
Cooking Methods

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Place the cubed potatoes in a pot of cold water, place on the stove, bring to the boil and boil until soft.

Drain and return to the pot.

Add the mayonnaise, butter, 1 clove garlic, chopped, peri peri spice and crumbled KNORR cubes. Mash

Mix with an electric beater until smooth.

Stir in the egg yolk and mix well.

Place in a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle.

Pipe rosettes onto a greased, lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
