Ingredients

  • Soft cooking potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
  • Margarine or butter
  • Peri peri spice
  • 3 egg yolks

Cooking Methods

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  2. Place the cubed potatoes in a pot of cold water, place on the stove, bring to the boil and boil until soft.

  3. Drain and return to the pot.

  4. Add the mayonnaise, butter, 1 clove garlic, chopped, peri peri spice and crumbled KNORR cubes. Mash

  5. Mix with an electric beater until smooth.

  6. Stir in the egg yolk and mix well.

  7. Place in a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle.

  8. Pipe rosettes onto a greased, lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden.

  9. Serve as a side.
