- KNORR chicken stock
- Vegetable oil
- Chicken breast fillet
- 1 onion, sliced
- Honey
- Dijon Mustard
- Water
- Peanut butter
- Soya sauce
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- Ground paprika
- Green beans, sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- Chopped coriander
Cooking Methods

Heat the oil in a large pan and sautee the onion.

Add the chicken and brown.

Add the KNORR stock, honey, chilli, Dijon mustard, paprika powder, peanut butter, honey and water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the beans and green pepper and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Stir in the chopped coriander.

Serve with rice.
