Heat the oil in a large pot, add the onion, celery and garlic and fry until lightly golden.
Add crumbled KNORR cubes and spices and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the chilli, tomato, pepper mix and bring to the boil.
Add the water, cut up fish and prawns and simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix the cornflour with some water and add to the soup, allowing to thicken.
Serve with rice or bread.
