Ingredients

  • Shredded cabbage
  • 4 spring onions sliced
  • 1 red pepper, finely diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Ground paprika
  • Honey
  • Mayonnaise
  • KNORR chicken cubes
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • Seedless raisins

Cooking Methods

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped peppers and spring onions.

  2. In another bowl, mix the yoghurt honey, mayonnaise, crumbled KNORR chicken cubes, chilli, herbs, paprika and pepper.

  3. Add to the shredded vegetables and mix well.

  4. Add the raisins and mix in.

  5. Serve chilled as a salad.
