  • 4 seeded burger buns
  • Margarine of choice 30ml
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced 120g
  • 1 onion sliced 120g
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 chicken breast fillets, sliced in half 400g
  • 1 egg
  • Breading: flour 250ml
  • Breadcrumbs 125ml
  • Ground paprika 10ml
  • Knorr chicken stock cubes, crumbled 16g
  • Cayenne pepper 2,5ml
  • Oil 30g 30ml
  • Sauce: Tomato sauce 75ml
  • Knorr beef cubes 8g
  • Ground paprika 5ml

Chicken Burger
  1. In a bowl, mix the breading ingredients together.

  2. Dip the chicken pieces in egg, then in the breading and fry until golden and done – set aside.

  3. In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, paprika and crumbled KNORR cubes.

  4. Butter the bread rolls, place some onion and tomato on the bun, top with a chicken breast fillet, then some of the tomato sauce mix, and a lettuce leaf.

  5. Serve with chips.
