Ingredients
- Oil
- Chicken breast
- Fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Knorr chicken stock
- Ground coriander
- 1 chilli chopped
- Ground paprika
- Ground cinnamon
- Coarse ground black pepper
- 2 stick celery, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 2 spring onions chopped
- Green beans, chopped
- Sauce: KNORR chicken stock cubes
- Corn flour
- Ground paprika
- Boiling water
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- Ginger ale
Cooking Methods

Mix the ginger, garlic, coriander, paprika, crumbled KNORR chicken cubes, 1 chilli, cinnamon and coriander in a bowl.

Toss the chicken in the seasoning and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Fry in the hot oil until browned.

Add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the corn starch, crumbled KNORR cubes and paprika with the boiling water and leave to stand.

Stir in the ginger ale, soy sauce and honey.

Add the sauce mix to the pan and stir until thickened.

Serve with rice.
