- Oil
- 3 slices Bread, crust removed and cubed
- Bacon, chopped
- Chicken livers
- Flour
- Ground paprika
- Knorr chicken cubes
- Crushed chilli flakes
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- Dressing: Mayonnaise
- Milk
- Lemon juice
- Ground paprika
- Ground black pepper
- Knorr chicken cubes
- 1 fresh chilli chopped
- Honey
Cooking Methods

Cut the crusts off the bread, cube and fry in half the oil until golden to make croutons.

Remove and place on a paper towel to drain.

In the same pan, fry the bacon until crispy – remove and drain on paper towel.

Mix the flour, crumbled KNORR chicken cubes, paprika and chilli flakes in a bowl.

Toss the cleaned, halved chicken livers in the seasoned flour.

Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the chicken livers until they are done.

Arrange the lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes on a salad platter.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, milk, honey, chilli, black pepper, paprika, crumbled cubes and lemon juice together.

Top the salad with the chicken liver, then the bacon and lastly the croutons.

Drizzle with salad dressing and serve extra on the side.
