Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes
  • Oil
  • KNORR beef cubes, crumbled
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Corn Flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Cooking Methods

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Boil baby potatoes until soft.

  3. Slice off the bottom half, so that they can stand easily.

  4. In a bowl, mix together the cornflour, paprika, cayenne pepper, coarse black pepper, crumbled beef cubes, chilli flakes, chopped thyme and oil.

  5. Place the potatoes in the seasoning mix and coat well.

  6. Place the potatoes with the level bottom on a greased baking sheet.

  7. Secure the top potato with a toothpick and place a sprig of thyme in the top.

  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until crispy.

  9. Serve as a side.
