Ingredients
- 1 cup cream OR milk 260g 250ml
- Milk 500g 500ml
- Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
- 1 onion 160g
- 2 red peppers 180g
- Chicken breast 500g
- KNORR chicken stock 16g
- Coarse ground black pepper 1,5g 5ml
- Ground paprika 4g 10ml
- Crushed red chilli flakes 10ml
- Chopped thyme 5ml
- Corn starch 15ml
Cooking Methods

Sauté the onions in the oil.

Add the red peppers and simmer until soft.

Add the chicken strips and lightly brown.

Stir in the cream, milk, Ground Paprika, crushed red chilli flakes, chopped thyme and KNORR Chicken Stock .

Make a paste with the corn starch and water, add and stir until it thickens

Simmer for further 5 minutes.
