Ingredients

  • KNORR chicken stock 24g
  • Water 500g 500ml
  • Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
  • Chicken pieces 900g
  • Black pepper ground 5ml
  • 1 onion, sliced 160g
  • 1 red pepper, sliced 90g
  • Medium curry powder 30ml
  • Ground cayenne pepper 2,5ml
  • Ground allspice 2,5ml
  • Pumpkin, cubed 200g
  • spinach 100g
  • Milk 250ml

Cooking Methods

  1. In a large pot, heat oil and add onion, red pepper and chicken and brown.

  2. Add the pumpkin and simmer for 2 minutes

  3. Add the crumbled KNORR chicken stock, the cayenne pepper, allspice, black pepper and curry powder and fry for 2 minutes

  4. Add the water and simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on

  5. Add milk and spinach and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with rice.
