Ingredients
- KNORR chicken stock 24g
- Water 500g 500ml
- Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
- Chicken pieces 900g
- Black pepper ground 5ml
- 1 onion, sliced 160g
- 1 red pepper, sliced 90g
- Medium curry powder 30ml
- Ground cayenne pepper 2,5ml
- Ground allspice 2,5ml
- Pumpkin, cubed 200g
- spinach 100g
- Milk 250ml
Cooking Methods

In a large pot, heat oil and add onion, red pepper and chicken and brown.

Add the pumpkin and simmer for 2 minutes

Add the crumbled KNORR chicken stock, the cayenne pepper, allspice, black pepper and curry powder and fry for 2 minutes

Add the water and simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on

Add milk and spinach and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Serve with rice.
