  • 1 pouch Knorr® Recipe Savoury Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  • 1 1/2 lbs. (750 g) assorted fresh vegetables *
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Combine Knorr® Recipe Savoury Herb with Garlic Soup Mix and all other ingredients until evenly coated in large baking or roasting pan.

  2. Bake, stirring once, until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.

* Use any combination of the following, sliced: zucchini, yellow squash, red, green or yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms.\nTip: Heat leftovers and serve on crusty rolls with some sliced mozzarella cheese for delicious sandwiches!
