Mezcla vinagre y Knorr® Caldo con Sabor de Pollo en un tazón apto para el microondas y ponlo en el microondas a temperatura ALTA por 20 segundos o hasta que esté muy caliente. Pon perejil y ajo en un procesador de alimentos y procesa hasta que estén bien picados. Mezcla en un tazón pequeño con la mezcla de caldo y aceite de oliva.

Calienta el aceite en una olla grande a 325° y fríe la yuca por partes, hasta que esté suave, por aproximadamente 3 minutos (asegúrate de que el aceite regrese a 325° entre cada tanda). Deja escurrir sobre toallas de papel y aparta.

Caliente el aceite a 350°.

Fríe la yuca de nuevo, por partes, hasta que esté crujiente, dorada e inflada, por aproximadamente 1 minuto. Escurre en toallas de papel y sazona, si lo deseas, con sal y pimienta. Sirve con salsa.
