Pon agua a hervir a fuego alto en una cacerola. Haz un corte en forma de "x" con un cuchillo pequeño en la parte de abajo de los tomates. Pon los tomates en el agua y déjalos hervir hasta que se empiecen a despellejar, más o menos un minuto. Escurre los tomates, déjalos enfriar un poco y quítales la piel.

Pon los tomates, el Knorr® Caldo con sabor de Pollo, la cebolla, y los chiles en la licuadora o procesador de alimentos y muélelos casi por completo.

Calienta el aceite en a fuego medio alto en una sartén antiadherente grande y fríe la salsa hasta que hierva. Baja la lumbre y cocina, revolviendo de vez en cuando, por 5 minutos para que se sazone. Sírvela decorada con rebanadas de cebollita verde.
