En una sartén profunda de 12 pulgadas, caliente una cucharada de aceite a fuego medio y fría la cebolla y el ajo por dos minutos o hasta que la cebolla esté suave, moviendo ocasionalmente. Agregue la cucharada de aceite restante y el arroz y fría hasta que el arróz esté doradito, por unos 8 minutos, moviendo de vez en cuando. Agregue los cubos Knorr ® Caldo con sabor de Camarón disueltos en el agua hirviendo. Tape y deje cocer a fuego lento por 15 minutos. Agregue los camarones, las almejas, los chiles y el cilantro. Tape nuevamente y deje cocer a fuego lento por 15 minutos o hasta que el arróz esté suave, los camarones se pongan color rosa y las almejas se abran. Elimine todas aquellas que no abran su concha.
