En una cacerola de 6 litros, caliente el aceite de maíz a fuego medio alto y dore la carne durante 10 minutos aproximadamente. Retire la carne de la cacerola.

En la misma cacerola, agregue la cebolla, el pimiento morrón verde, el tomate y el ajo. Cocine, revolviendo constantemente durante 2 minutos. Vuelva a poner la carne en la misma cacerola. Agregue el repollo, la calabaza, las papas, 4 tazas de agua, los cubos Knorr® de Caldo con Sabor de Res, el Knorr Sazón con Ajo y Cebolla, sal y pimienta negra. Deje hervir a fuego alto, revolviendo para disolver el caldo. Reduzca a fuego lento y deje hervir con la tapa puesta durante 25 minutos o hasta que pueda hundir fácilmente un tenedor en las papas. Agregue los garbanzos y revuelva.
