Precaliente el horno a 375°.

Mezcle la salsa y la salsa verde en un tazón mediano. Unte 1/2 taza de esta mezcla en un molde para hornear de 13 X 9 pulgadas.

Combine el puré de papa, una taza de queso y el Knorr® Caldo con sabor de Pollo en un tazón mediano.

Derrita una cucharada de margarina en una sartén antiadherente de 12 pulgadas a fuego medio alto y fría tres tortillas, volteándolas una sóla vez, por 15 segundos o hasta que suavicen. Déjelas escurrir en un plato cubierto con toallas de papel. Repita con el resto de margarina y las tortillas.

Divida la mezcla de papa entre las tortillas y enróllelas. Coloque las enchiladas, con el lado abierto para abajo, en el molde para hornear. Cubra con el resto de la salsa y espolvoreé con el resto del queso. Horneé por 25 minutos o hasta que burbujeé ligeramente y el queso se dore.

*Para asar los chiles poblanos, póngalos en la parrilla, o bien áselos en un asador forrado de papel aluminio por unos 10 minutos o hasta que se pongan negritos por todos lados, dándoles varias vueltas. Envuélvalos en papel aluminio y déjelos enfriar.
