Procesa el vinagre, ajo, agua, Knorr® Caldo con sabor de Pollo, y orégano en una licuadora hasta que quede suave.

Haz unos cortes hasta el hueso en varias partes del pollo. Frota la mezcla de caldo por todo el pollo y las hendiduras. Coloca el pollo en un tazón grande; cubre el recipiente y deja marinar en el refrigerador entre 4 y 24 horas.

Cocina el pollo a la parilla y vierte cualquier escabeche restante por encima. Asa el pollo en calor indirecto unos 45 minutos, dándoles la vuelta varias veces, hasta que esté bien cocido.
