Caliente el aceite de oliva a fuego medio alto en una sartén de 12 pulgadas y fría los camarones, cocine por 3 minutos o hasta que se pongan color rosa, moviendo ocasionalmente. Saque los camarones de la sartén y manténgalos calientes.

En la misma sartén, fría la cebolla a fuego medio alto por 3 minutos o hasta que se dore, moviendo ocasionalmente. Agregue el ajo y cocine por 30 segundos. Agregue el chipotle y la salsa de adobo y cocine por un minuto. Mezcle la crema de cacahuate con el agua caliente y el cubo de Knorr® Caldo con sabor de Camarón y añada a la sartén. Cocine por 2 minutos. Agregue los camarones y revuelva bien hasta que queden bien calientes. Agregue el cilantro. Sírvalos, si lo desea, sobre un arroz blanco caliente y adorne con más cilantro picado.
