En un tazón pequeño, mezcle una cucharada de Knorr® Caldo de Tomate con Sabor de Pollo, una cucharada del jugo de limón verde y los siguientes 5 ingredientes. Esparza la mezcla sobre la carne. Enróllela a lo largo, siguiendo la fibra de la carne, y asegúrela con un hilo de cocina.

Caliente el aceite de oliva en una sartén grande antiadherente, a fuego medio alto y dore la carne. Agregue el agua, la cucharada restante del caldo y la cucharada restante del jugo de limón verde. Tapela y cocine a fuego lento aproximadamente 1-1/2 hora o hasta que la carne esté tierna. Sáquela de la sartén y déjela reposar tapada durante 5 minutos antes de rebanarla.
