Sazona el cerdo con comino, chile en polvo y, si lo deseas, con sal.

Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén antiadherente grande a fuego medio alto y cocina el cerdo, dándole la vuelta una vez, por aproximadamente 2 minutos. Retira de la sartén y reserva.

Cocina los pimientos rojos en la misma sartén a fuego medio alto, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que estén suaves pero crujientes, por aproximadamente 2 minutos. Agrega agua, el Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice y el cerdo.

Lleva a punto de ebullición a fuego alto. Baja el fuego y deja hervir a fuego lento y cubierto por 7 minutos o hasta que el arroz esté suave y el cerdo esté cocido. Retira del fuego y agrega el chile jalapeño. Deja reposar por 2 minutos. Espolvorea con cilantro.
