Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén antiadherente grande a fuego medio alto y cocina el pollo, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que esté dorado. Agrega el chile morrón amarillo, la calabaza verde y la cebolla y cocina, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que los vegetales estén tiernos pero firmes y el pollo esté bien cocido, por aproximadamente 4 minutos. Agrega la albahaca, remueve y reserva.

Coloca agua y el Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor Broccoli en la misma sartén y lleva a ebullición. Baja el fuego y deja hervir a fuego lento y cubierto por 12 minutos o hasta que el arroz esté suave.

Para servir, coloca el arroz en una bandeja y cúbrelo con la mezcla de pollo y vegetales. Si lo deseas, adórnalo con más hojas de albahaca fresca.
