Combine 1 cubo Knorr® de Caldo con Sabor de Res y los tres ingredientes siguientes. Unte la mezcla de especies a la arrachera.

Cocine el ajo, revolviéndolo de vez en cuando, en una sartén antiadherente grande a fuego medio alto por 10 minutos o hasta que este ponga suave y agarre un tono dorado. Saque el ajo; pélelo y píquelo bien.

Dore la carne a fuego alto. Saque la carne de la sartén y manténgala caliente. Agregue la cebolla y el tomatillo y cocínelos a fuego medio alto por 4 minutos o hasta que la cebolla esté suave. Incorpore el agua, el resto del caldo, los chiles y el ajo; deje que hierva. Regrese la carne a la sartén, baje el fuego y déjela hervir a fuego lento durante 5 minutos aproximadamente o hasta obtener el punto de cocción deseado.
