SHRIMP WANTON SOUP
Homemade wanton soup! These wantons are filled with a juicy pork and prawn / shrimp filling and will knock your socks off.

Ingredients
- 300 g minced pork
- 800 g Grounded prawns
- 4 water chestnuts, diced
- 1 packet wonton wrappers
- 50 g Cai Xin, cut into sections
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 Knorr Chicken Stock Cubes
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Hua Tiao wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp corn strach
- 1 L water
- 2 Knorr Chicken Stock Cubes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Dash of pepper
- fried garlic
- chopped spring onion
- coriander
Cooking Methods

In a mixing bowl, combine the minced pork, grounded prawns, chopped water chestnuts and wanton seasonings. Throw the paste a few times into the mixing bowl until the paste becomes sticky and gluey

Scoop a tablespoon of wanton filling onto the wanton wrapper, wrap and seal it with a few drops of water.

Bring 1L of water to boil. Add 2 KNORR CHICKEN CUBES, sesame oil and pepper, continue to simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cai xin until cooked.

Serve wanton with soup, garnish with fried garlic, spring onion and coriander.

Cook wanton in boiling water. Once it floats, scoop them out and set aside.
