  • 200 g Black fungus / wood ear mushroom
  • 1 stalk spring onion, shredded
  • 1 red chilli, sliced


  • 1 tbsp Knorr Mala Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

  1. In a small pot, fill half of the pot with water and bring it to boil. Cook black fungus for 3 minutes, drained and set aside

  2. Mix all seasoning in a medium bowl, combine black fungus and sliced chili, mix well. Chill in refrigerator.

  3. Garnish with spring onion before serving.
