Ingredients
- 200 g Black fungus / wood ear mushroom
- 1 stalk spring onion, shredded
- 1 red chilli, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Knorr Mala Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp black vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Methods

In a small pot, fill half of the pot with water and bring it to boil. Cook black fungus for 3 minutes, drained and set aside

Mix all seasoning in a medium bowl, combine black fungus and sliced chili, mix well. Chill in refrigerator.

Garnish with spring onion before serving.
