Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
- 1 pc white onion thinly sliced
- 550 g beef ribs (pre blanched for 5 min)
- 2 litre water
- 45 g fresh ginseng
- 6 pcs red dates
Garnish:
- 1 cup thinly sliced leek

Add in water with Knorr Hao Chi All in One Seasoning

Combine all remaining ingredients together in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 25mins

Scoop out the oil before serving with the leek.
