  • chicken 1, cleaned and drained
  • Hao Chi seasoning 1 tsp
  • huadiao wine 1 tsp
  • spring onion 4 stalk, julienned
  • ginger 1 cm, julienned
  • peanut oil 2 tbsp
  • seasame seed 1 tsp, toasted

Dressing:

  • chicken juice 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Knorr Chicken Stock Cube 1/8 tsp
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp
  • honey 1/2 tsp
  • sesame oil 1/2 tsp

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and huadiao wine. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Steam chicken at high heat for 35 minutes or until cooked.

  3. Remove chicken and retain juice.

  4. Hand-shred chicken. Add julienned spring onion and mix thoroughly.

  5. Blend dressing sauce well.

  6. Heat peanut oil to smoking point. Pour oil over dressing sauce and mix well.

  7. Toss the dressing sauce and shredded chicken. Arrange it on a serving plate.

  8. Garnish with spring onion and sesame seed.

  9. Can be served cold.
