CRISPY OSMANTHUS RIBS
Apart from pork ribs soups, you can also try your hands on making Crispy Osmanthus Ribs! For a fragrant sauce to go with your ribs, try adding sugar to the dried osmanthus.

Ingredients
- 640 g pork spare rib
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tsp dried osmanthus
MARINADE:
- 1 tbsp chinese wine
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
- 1 tsp cornstarch
SEASONING:
- 1 tbsp chinese wine
- 1 tsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
Cooking Methods

Soak dried osmanthus in warm water.

Use marinade ingredients to marinate the spare ribs for 30 minutes.

Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in pan and pan fry the ribs till crispy outside.

Place ribs in a roasting pan. Pre-heat the oven to 218°C.

Stir fry ginger, sprinkle wine, add in mixed seasoning and cook well.

Brush seasoning all over ribs. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Sprinkle dried osmanthus over the ribs.
