ASPARAGUS PORK ROLL

  • 250 g minced pork
  • 2 tbsp fish paste
  • 3 tbsp prawn paste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Hua Diao Chinese wine
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp cornflour
  • 7-8 thick asparagus (peeled at root area)
  • raw almond flakes as needed

  1. For mix paste: Mix evenly in a bowl

  2. Scoop about 2tbsp of mixed paste and wrap around asparagus with dampen hands

  3. Roll and coated almond flakes and pan fry over low-medium heat till golden brown.

  4. Serve with your favourite dip.
