Ingredients
- 250 g minced pork
- 2 tbsp fish paste
- 3 tbsp prawn paste
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Hua Diao Chinese wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 7-8 thick asparagus (peeled at root area)
- raw almond flakes as needed
Cooking Methods

For mix paste: Mix evenly in a bowl

Scoop about 2tbsp of mixed paste and wrap around asparagus with dampen hands

Roll and coated almond flakes and pan fry over low-medium heat till golden brown.

Serve with your favourite dip.
