  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ pc onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
  • 1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
  • ½ cup malagkit rice
  • 1½ cup water
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 pc tokwa

  1. Begin by getting your pan nice and hot. Pour some oil and throw in the onions, ginger and garlic.

  2. Add malagkit rice and patis and stir well. Pour the water in and just allow to simmer over low heat.

  3. Toss in the Knorr Pork Cubes and just simmer until the rice is cooked through.
