Ingredients

  • KNORR beef stock
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green chillies
  • Beef mince
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Flour
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Streaky bacon

Cooking Methods

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the bacon together in a bowl.

  2. Shape the meatballs and wrap bacon around each one.

  3. Skewer 3 on each kebab stick.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

  5. Serve with baked potato, yam or salad.
