Ingredients
- KNORR beef stock
- Ground black pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 green chillies
- Beef mince
- Tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- Flour
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- Streaky bacon
Cooking Methods

Mix all the ingredients except the bacon together in a bowl.

Shape the meatballs and wrap bacon around each one.

Skewer 3 on each kebab stick.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

Serve with baked potato, yam or salad.
