Creamy Fish Stew (MILD)

  • 1 Onion, 2 red bell peppers,Vegetable oil, Frozen / fresh fish, Salt and ground black pepper, 1 lemon squeezed, Cake flour, Tomato paste, Chilli flakes, Knorr chicken stock cubes, Cornstarch, Milk, Fresh Thyme, Fresh parsley

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sautè the chopped onions, red peppers for a few minutes.

  2. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. Season the fish with salt and pepper.

  4. Squeeze lemon juice over it and roll in flour.

  5. Fry the fish until browned on both sides.

  6. Add the onion mixture, milk, tomato paste, chilli flakes, black pepper, KNORR chicken stock cubes and corn starch mix to the pan

  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the fish is done and the sauce has reduced slightly

  8. Sprinkle the parsley on top and serve with rice.
