  • KNORR beef stock 24g
  • Fresh thyme 10ml
  • Water 300g 300ml
  • Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
  • Beef mince 400g
  • Black pepper ground 5ml
  • 1 onions 160g
  • 1 tomato 90g
  • 1 clove garlic 5ml
  • Red chilli flakes 15ml
  • Parsley 15ml
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes 400g
  • 1 packet spaghetti, cooked and drained

Classic Spaghetti Bolognese
  1. Heat oil in a large pan and gently fry the onion for about 3-4 minutes until soft.

  2. Add the garlic and mince and fry until well browned.

  3. Stir in the thyme, chilli flakes, and tomatoes then add the KNORR Beef Stock and water.

  4. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Stir in the parsley.

  6. Serve the bolognaise over the cooked spaghetti in bowls and top with grated cheese if desired.
