Chicken, paprika, tomato and pumpkin leaf stew
You can’t go wrong with a great chicken stew. This dish has a lot of yummy flavours infused into it.

Ingredients
- KNORR chicken stock 24g
- Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
- Chicken breast, cut into strips 400g
- Black pepper ground 5ml
- 1 onion 160g
- 1 red pepper, sliced 90g
- 3 chillies chopped 15ml
- Ground paprika powder 5ml
- 3 tomatoes, chopped 270g
- Low fat milk 250ml
- Water 250ml
- Tomato paste 50g
- Flour 30ml
- Spinach 100g
Cooking Methods

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, chilli and red pepper until soft.

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes have broken up and are becoming pasty.

Add the paprika, Knorr chicken cubes and black pepper and fry for 1 minute to release the aroma and flavour, stirring continuously.

Add the chicken fillet and cook well.

Add the milk and simmer for 5 mins

Add the chopped pumpkin leaves and simmer for 5 mins, then stir in the flour mixed with some milk and allow to thicken

Serve with rice or potato
