KNORR beef stock 24g
Fresh thyme 10ml
Boiling water 500g 500ml
Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
Beef sausages 450g
Black pepper ground 5ml
2 onions 320g
3 carrots 210g
2 red peppers 180g
2 cloves garlic
Red chilli flakes 15ml
Tomato paste 18g 15ml
Parsley 15ml
1 tin chopped tomatoes 400g
Heat the oil in a casserole dish, over medium-high heat and brown the sausages. Remove the sausages and set aside. Add the onions, carrots and red pepper to the dish and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste, thyme, chilli flakes and chopped parsley and cook through for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the water, crumbled bouillon cubes and tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
Return the sausages to the pot, and cover with a lid. Simmer for 30 mins
