Ingredients
- KNORR beef stock 24g
- Fresh thyme 10ml
- Boiling water 500g 500ml
- Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
- Beef sausages 450g
- Black pepper ground 5ml
- 2 onions 320g
- 3 carrots 210g
- 2 red peppers 180g
- 2 cloves garlic
- Red chilli flakes 15ml
- Tomato paste 18g 15ml
- Parsley 15ml
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes 400g
Cooking Methods

Heat the oil in a casserole dish, over medium-high heat and brown the sausages. Remove the sausages and set aside. Add the onions, carrots and red pepper to the dish and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste, thyme, chilli flakes and chopped parsley and cook through for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the water, crumbled bouillon cubes and tomatoes and bring to a simmer.

Return the sausages to the pot, and cover with a lid. Simmer for 30 mins
