  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 courgette, shredded
  • 500 grams beef mince
  • 500 grams pork mince
  • Knorr Savoury Mince Mealmaker
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • small handful fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • marinara sauce
  • parmesan cheese, to garnish

  1. Place shredded carrot and courgette on a clean towel and wring out as much liquid as possible.

  2. Place strained carrot and courgette in a bowl and add beef, pork, Knorr® Savoury Mince Mealmaker, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until combined.

  3. Take a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.

  4. Pan-fry the meatballs over medium-high heat until all sides are golden brown, about 10 minutes, and pour marinara sauce into the pan. Bake in the oven at 200°c for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve with cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese.
