It is a versatile pasta dish that should be included in your weekly menu or as a new addition to your next Noche Buena feast, aside from macaroni salad. Because cheese, and pasta can be paired with many other food items, a Mac and Cheese recipe can be tweaked easily. Want something decadent? How about ditching the cheddar for some stinky bleu? Make it extra bougie by serving it with some lobster, or use it as a sneaky vessel for feeding picky kids their veggies like what we did by adding spinach. However, you want to change it up, a no-bake Mac and Cheese recipe like ours is worth saving in your favorite's folder.
