Ingredients for Loaded Baked Potato
- 3 pcs large potatoes, skin on, washed, and scrubbed with water
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 pc Knorr Beef Cubes, mashed
- ½ cup all-purpose cream
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 4-6 tbsp grated quick-melting cheese
- bacon bits (optional)
How to Cook Baked Potato With Cheese and Bacon
Step 1
Fill a pot with water. Boil potatoes until very tender. Remove from heat and drain potatoes. Wipe with paper towels and set aside to cool.
Step 2
Slice potatoes in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out potatoes, leaving cup-shaped, ½-inch-thick potato skins.
Step 3
Pat dry potato skins to keep them from getting soggy.
Step 4
Place scooped potatoes in a bowl and mash well.
Step 5
Add butter, Knorr Beef Cubes, and cream. Mix well. Season with pepper.
Step 6
Fill potato skins with the prepared mixture. Top with cheese and bacon bits.
Step 7
Bake potatoes in an oven or oven toaster until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
